Our Story
NeuraLoc was founded by a team of engineers and innovators with decades of experience in GNSS, precise positioning and navigation, and functional safety, bringing together expertise from global leaders in accuracy demanding applications, mobility, and satellite positioning.
We started with a simple belief: that accuracy should never come at the cost of trust.
By combining advanced GNSS correction algorithms with AI-driven integrity monitoring, we’re building a new foundation for location reliability, one that meets the standards of ASIL, ISO 26262, and SOTIF, but feels effortless to use.
Our journey is guided by the same vision that started it all: to make every system safer, smarter, and more dependable.

Meet The Team

Luis Serrano
Ph.D.
Luis combines over two decades of experience in GNSS, ADAS, and autonomous systems with a visionary drive to redefine precision and safety in mobility. Having held senior roles at u-blox, Trimble Navigation, STMicroelectronics, BMW and Apple’s Special Projects Group (SPG), he has contributed to some of the industry’s most advanced positioning and perception programs, including at Apple’s SPG and General Motors’ SuperCruise with Trimble.
His expertise spans GNSS, robotics, surveying, functional safety, and AI-based localization.
At NeuraLoc, Luis leads the mission to make GNSS corrections and predictive integrity services the trusted foundation for autonomous, connected, and accuracy-driven technologies worldwide.

Fabian Ruwisch
Dr.-Ing
Fabian is distinguished by a results-driven mindset that combines in-depth theory with practical product development. With a strong background as a software engineer, he has contributed to both cutting-edge research projects and industrial applications, delivering robust solutions for real-world challenges. His expertise lies in GNSS, urban navigation, and robust estimation methods, where he transforms complex concepts into reliable systems. By combining deep technical insight with hands-on development, he continues to advance the field of positioning and navigation technologies.

Aleksandar Kostadinov
MBA
Aleksandar is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in geospatial technology, driving market strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution for both early-stage and scaling tech companies.
He began his career at Hexagon Geosystems, later joining the management teams at Amberg Technologies and Wingtra, where he led global sales, partnerships, and customer success.
Aleksandar currently serves on the leadrship team at Onocoy, where he oversees business operations. At NeuraLoc’s he guides the commercial strategy, combining deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and commercial acumen to position the company at the forefront of AI-driven GNSS integrity and correction services.
